Easy Nutter Butter Ghost Cookies

  • Prep your workspace. Line a large cookie sheet or baking pan with parchment or wax paper.
  • Melt the white chocolate. Place your melting wafers or white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and melt in 30-second increments, stirring after each round until smooth. You can also use a double boiler for melting the chocolate.
  • Dip the cookies. Working one at a time, dip one half of each Nutter Butter cookie into the melted chocolate. Let the excess drip off before placing the nutter butters on the parchment paper.
  • Add the face. Before the coating sets, immediately place two candy eyes and one mini chocolate chip for the nose. Repeat with all cookies.
  • Set the cookies. Allow your spooky treats to harden at room temperature or pop them into the fridge for faster results.
