- 2 sheets Puff Pastry, thawed
- 3 medium-sized Granny Smith apples, peeled and cubed into ⅓” thick pieces
- 1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- 1 Egg
- 1 tablespoon Water
- Powdered Sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Thaw puff pastry according to package instructions.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan. Once the butter is melted, add the apples and cook for 5 minutes until they are softened.
